After many years of anticipation the cross track projection (XTP) system has launched on the London Underground today. There are 23 HD full motion video sites across 5 stations with launch advertisers including Nestle, Magners and Sky & Stella Artois. The full list of stations and platforms are as follows:

During this years London Marathon, Hyperspace installed 3 large LED screens around the Cutty Sark along with two giant banners across the side of the ship’s repair hoardings. The screens displayed consumer generated, motivational messages and the tracking of runners allowed these to be scheduled at exactly the right time so that individual runners were presented with personalised greetings from friends and family courtesy of adidas.
Intentor Media have recently launched a network of screens in UK dentists. 53 dental surgeries are currently covered increasing to 220 by the end of the year.
Avanti Screen Media have recently signed a 3 year agreement to give them screen in the Sports Cafe chain. The chain has bars in London, Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow & Leeds.
The latest project from Hyperspace & WCRS features a life sized MINI fixed to the side of CIty Gateway Media’s giant screen in Manchester town centre.

Clear Channel’s latest digital product, ‘Socialite’ is now in trial & consists of portrait HD LCD screens in bars. If successful up to 3000 sites will be installed acrsoss the country. The product is a result of a partnership with Inspired Networks who already provide jukeboxes, gaming systems etc for the venues
